Flagsol will not disclose your personal data to third parties nor make use of them in any other manner. Flagsol's employees are bound to confidentiality by § 5 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act).

All general information of a non-personal nature is gathered automatically when you access the Flagsol website, (i.e. not via a registration process). Standard information is stored by the web server and/or statistical software used, for example:

  • The name of your internet service provider (and/or, in the case of company networks, the name of your company)
  • the website you last visited; the Flagsol websites you have visited
  • the names of the files accessed
  • the date and time they were accessed
  • your PC's operating system and browser version as well as other system information where relevant.


These details are evaluated anonymously using phpMyVisites software. The data gathered is used solely to improve the appearance, content, and functionality of the website. Personal user profiles are not set up. This data is neither disclosed nor used in any other manner.

Cookies are not used on the Flagsol website.

Security
Flagsol undertakes appropriate measures to protect your personal data from loss, deletion, forgery, manipulation, and authorized access. Of course, this also includes adherence to the data protection legislation of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Children
Flagsol advises all parents and guardians to provide instruction for children regarding the secure and responsible handling of personal data in the internet. Children should not communicate personal data to the Flagsol website without the consent of their parents or guardians. Flagsol does not knowingly gather or use personal data from children.
